What Data We Collect

Stanford Signum collects the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Email address (for account authentication)
• Full name (for your profile)
• Team code (to associate you with your team)
• Mood ratings (daily mood, school, sports, and life scores)
• Audio recordings (your daily reflection responses)

How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides:

• Encryption at rest for all database records
• Encrypted file storage for audio recordings
• Row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data
• Infrastructure hosted on AWS with SOC 2 compliance

Third-Party Tracking & Analytics

Stanford Signum does not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which will permanently remove:

• Your user profile
• All interview and reflection records
• All audio recordings from storage

You may also request deletion by contacting us.
