Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a team code?

Team codes are provided by your coach or team administrator. Contact them directly to receive your code during signup.

Can I re-record a reflection?

Each day allows one reflection submission. You can review past reflections anytime from the History tab.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This permanently removes your profile, all reflections, and all audio recordings.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your reflections are encrypted and stored securely. We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
